hmm, testing with letux-4.17.3, boots, running memtester now on with
700 MB and running an apt-get upgrade on my stretched partition
root at letux:~# cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/cpuinfo_cur_freq
1000000
root at letux:~# cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_cur_freq
1000000
root at letux:~#
nothing strange happened.
So it is at least useable for some testing. If not, I would prefer to
have it uptreamed. But with this test results I it is correctly tagged
with "exclude"
