[QuantumSTEP] About IcnsComposer

I have started to rewrite IconsComposer by Raphael Hanneken

to Objective C, make it a document based application and add
some more resolutions.

Basically this is a GUI wrapper around /usr/bin/iconutil which
can convert between .iconset and .icns formats in both directions.

There is also the idea to write a clone of iconutil so that we can
run IcnsComposer on QuantumSTEP.

Code is not yet public but will become since the original code
is licenced under a MIT licence.
