considered guiltily: hci_uart in simple h4 mode.
It does not have such effects on gta04a5.

Hmm, you do not have bluetooth enabled on the 4.19 kernel.
I guess the situation is the same then. 
The difference is that you do not need to call hciattach in 4.20.
This issue was not on my radar...
