Right. The LogicPD is 15 x 27 x 3.8 mm

There was also a DM3730 + PMIC + RAM module from a company called JorJin. I think I still
have some samples collecting dust. But it was still too thick for the GTA04 project
where we only have 2 mm between PCB and battery.

And of course such modules are costly.

But if I would design a new device including case, I'd try such an approach. Maybe around
some tiny i.MX8 module or if lower performance suffices, around the OSD3358 SoM.

Indeed. I didn't mention it since a lower price has a better chance of building a
demand - but profitability and therefore being able to sustain, is a completely
different question.
