[Gta04-owner] new release of simple-gsmgui

Hi,

I have cleaned up my stuff a bit and now it is time for a nem release.

The main changes are

fixed race conditions regarding modem startup
display network name
network chooser

So it might help you to select a convenient network operator while on
holidays. I found networks which do only give strange voice messages
when I want to dial home. So that was the motivation for me to improve
it.
