Ah, OK. I think it might be interesting for me, then, to disable the
WiFi/BT logic for now, and to look at problems in other areas. How do I
disable that logic?

OK. I inferred from previous messages that HDQ was needed for correct
battery charging, but I guess that that was wrong. What does HDQ do,
then?
