[Gta04-owner] Replicant 4.2 development report

I recently introduced a commit that gets rid of the prebuilt
applications such as F-Droid and the Terminal Emulator from the source
tree. From now on, these must be downloaded using the
vendor/replicant/get-prebuilts scripts (you can do it once and call it
only to update the binaries).

I updated the Replicant sources guides accordingly:
