[Gta04-owner] cdebootstrapping problem

I'm seeing the following problem today (and yesterday) when trying to
prepare a new QtMoko/GTA04 build environment:

neil at neil-laptop:~/debian-builds/qtmoko/qtmoko$ sudo scripts/qtmoko-chroot-armhf.sh 
[sudo] password for neil: 
Creating chroot-build ext4 image
 ...
Mounting image
Installing chroot packages
P: Retrieving InRelease
P: Validating InRelease
I: Good signature from "Debian Archive Automatic Signing Key (6.0/squeeze) <ftpmaster at debian.org>"
P: Parsing InRelease
W: parser_rfc822: Iek! Don't find end of field, it seems to be after the end of the line!
E: Couldn't parse InRelease!

Any ideas?
