[Gta04-owner] QtMoko 3G connection

Hi,

I've set up my 3G connection to be always on, so I do not have to enable
it each time.

This works fine for manually connected 3G connections, but on system
boot the connection only comes up as "pending". I have to start/stop the
connection in order to make it work.

Anyone has seen this problem?
