[Gta04-owner] bad wifi performance in kernel 3.3 but not with 2.6.32

and then I waited for the values to stabilize.
apt-get shows similar low rates with 3.2 and 3.3 even
when big files are transferred.
I always look also at the number of bytes transferred.
