I suspect so. There has been no change to the code in board-omap3beagle.c
since just before 3.2, so same code should work on GTA04 in 3.2

If you can confirm that it works on 3.2 I'll add it to my tree.
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies
should list the frequencies that are available for cpufreq to use.
