[Gta04-owner] Cpu only on 300Mhz on 3.7 kernel

Hi Neil,
i think that the 3.7 kernel is only running on 300Mhz. The GUI is quite slow - 
reminds me of Freerunner ;-)

I tried:

root at neo:~# cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/stats/time_in_state
300000 25250
600000 0

root at neo:~# cat 
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_available_frequencies
300000 600000 

which looks suspicious. Any idea?
