[Gta04-owner] debian+qtmoko kernel+X11: y-axis wrong

after the update to Neill's kernel linux-image-3.5-qtmoko-gta04 in X the
y-axis was inverted.
updated to Sid (as intended), hit bug #674821
("/usr/lib/xorg/modules/input/tslib_drv.so: undefined symbol:
xf86XInputSetScreen",
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=674821) and built a
patched deb.
xorg.conf was still from Nikolaus' Sqeezy-LXDE.
y-axis was still inverted.
finally i found a hint (or rather an almost fully working xorg.conf) at
> http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-932970-start-0.html
but now i hit another bug
> https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-server/+bug/931397
when xorg.conf's ServerFlag section contains
Option "AutoAddDevices" "false"
and an InputDevice (the touch screen) is configured, X crashes
unceremoniously.
if i disable said Option, X uses ~100% cpu
if i disable the touch screen configuration, X is nice, but i can't
navigate anymore
what baffles me:
- ts_calibrate needs its device at /dev/input/event0
- xorg.conf defines it as /dev/input/event1 (/dev/input/event0 is AUX)
any pointers how to proceed?
