Well, in case it's still relevant, today I finally ran the script, see the 
attached temp315.txt and temp280.txt. The unit had been running (and pinging 
via WIFI) for a couple of hours before switching to 3,15 volts. I let it run 
for about an hour at that voltage before running the script. After that I 
switched to 2,8V and let it run for about an hour and then ran the script 
again.

There's some difference in temperature, but not too much. I just thought of 
switching off WIFI, I'll check the temperature before sending the email.
Changes from 3,15V to 2.80V are about:
5 degrees ("temp" tsc2007)
2 degrees ("temp0_input" bmp085)
1 degree  (battery, twl4030_bci)
