There is still a little way to go before suspend works on 3.2 to save power.

Firstly there is this:

which is fairly easy to apply, but it doesn't fix the problem for me.  I
still get a deadlock in the mmc code.
I have hack around it quite easily but I'm not at all sure the fix is right.

Then it gets a lot further, but when it asks the power-management IC (PMIC)
to turns some regulators off it spends 6 seconds getting no reply and and
then realises that it didn't manage to get everything into suspend mode
properly and so wakes everything up again.

So there is light at the end of that tunnel, but there are some bugs crawling
around in there too, and I just hope they don't bite!


BTW I have charged and emptied the battery in my freerunner every day for the
past several years and it shows no sign of losing capacity.
