[Community] We got a cool community. What do?

Hi all,

I wanted to start a discussion about the next steps and the medium term 
path of the community.

Nikolaus has written down the goals in the project manifest ( 
http://projects.goldelico.com/p/openphoenux/page/ProjectManifest/ ) and 
there seems not much to add -- unless you have other ideas.

Let's discuss about what we think the community's job is in a tangible 
way. If you have visions, go and see a doctor* or post them here ;-)
