[Om-beagle-panda-hybrid] Introduction

Hello,
Lets introduce myself :
I am an electronic engeener slighly moving to linux software, I own a 
beagleboard XM and I try to buy a PandaBoard (digikey doesn't like european 
customers for this kind of electronic parts).
I already done some driver but I wan't to move to the openmoko project.
As I registered and introduce, how can I get the 1euro board ?
