[Om-beagle-panda-hybrid] introduction

Hello!
     I stumbled on this looking for things to do with a beagleboard.  I
think this is a marvelous project and would like to see what I could come up
with.  If someone can tell me how to get a populated openmoko board for 1
EUR I would be grateful.  Thanks
