new commands:
a) systest
probes all components and reads some values
b) tsc gloop
reads all ADCs of the TSC and draws 8 bard on the LCD

1. add some U-Boot command to run the test

2. create a special boot.scr so that we can have a SD card that does not boot but runs the test

3. test should do
* enable display
* load splash
* do something with TSC (write ADC values to framebuffer so that one can see changeing pixels?)
* blink all LEDs
* mirror buttons to LEDs (override blink?)
* test GPS (write record to framebuffer so that one can see changeing pixels?)
* test more I2C devices
