[Openpvrsgx-devgroup] Power VR Open Source driver

For some that may not know, it appears as if Imagination partnered
with Collabora to create an Open Source Vulkan PVR driver [1].  From
what I can tell, it's currently limited to the GX6250 for now.

The message also includes links to firmware blobs, kernel driver, and
the Mesa pull request.
While it's not necessarily a driver for many people, it's a sign
they're moving in the right direction.
