Yes, Nov appears to be the clear winner.

I would also include the last two weeks of October and the first two of December.
So that we can choose between 8 - max. 9 weekends.

What about the room(s)? Are there any conflicts (holidays, campus closed?).
Or is every weekend equally good? If not, this should be included in the list
of choices so that we don't have to rearrange.

And finally, I think we should have some real registration list so that it
is clear who wants to come (not only who did vote).
