Hey,

It looks like nobody is voting any more. So Maybe we should decide on a
month / date – maybe vote for a specific weekend in the selected month.
What do you think? This is the current result (Doodle "ifneedbe" votes
count 0.5 points):

Sep	6
Oct	8.5
Nov	11.5
Dec	8.5

So it seems like November would be the best choice.

The amount of people who've voted seems reasonable. If we have 12 fixed
visitors / volunteers and add the people who decide to join, after we
have a fixed date and schedule, we will reach the 15-20 people we had in
the last years.
