[Letux-kernel] LX16 v6.10-rc2 kernel

Hi all,
here is a new kernel branch specific for the LX16 board:

The most significant changes are
1) rebased to v6.10-rc2
2) some of the tentative patches from v10/v11 have been merged into the letux/feature-branches (although they are still incomplete there)
3) backport of the new INGENIC_PIN_FUNCTION recently proposed on LKML
4) reworked arch/mips/boot/dts/ingenic.lx16.dts so that it is much better configurable

With 4) it is easier to choose to build for the WLAN/BT version or leave out the DTS config if not needed.
And switching to different applications (no display, SPI-Display, EPD experimental, others) is also easy now.
Finally, potential hardware changes for the v0.3 can more easily be integrated.

Well, this all asks for a Kconfig setup for all these extensions and that would not be too difficult to
integrate. But IMHO this is only an intermediate step to have separate .dts sources and some lx16-common.dtsi.
So the choices would be moved to choosing between different .dtb files for the boot loader instead of
touching the defconfig. Therefore when we finally have this the CONFIG_ setup will be removed again.
Therefore I haven't walked this extra mile of nice CONFIGs...
