The node just got moved to arch/arm/boot/dts/omap5-l4.dtsi where the
sata module belongs. There is one fix that is also needed though..

..yes [PATCHv2] bus: ti-sysc: Fix missing quirk flags for sata
is needed to see the sata drives. Hopefully that fixes things
for you.
