[Letux-kernel] [PATCH 0/3] fix several Makefiles for out-of-tree builds

we need to more consistently use -I$(srctree)/ in the Makefiles
so that out-of-tree build finds the right header files.

This code is based and tested on the v5.16-rc3 tree.
