A first assessment:
prepare and enable are called properly and write spi commands to the panel.
It seems some upstream patch between 5.10-rc3 and 5.10-rc6 which breaks the
GTA04/OMAP3 display. Maybe also something in gpio-spi or gpio so that the
panel stays in reset state.
I will now bisect.
The other thing is the instable boot. Have observed several times now.
