[Letux-kernel] [RFC 0/2] Solve issues by DT introduced by instable rules for gpiolib and spi-gio

The rules how to define an active low chip select
for SPI have changed over the time and therefore
we have to change the GTA04 device tree again to
make the panel work with v5.10-rc5 and later.

This is intentionally split into two patches since
only the first is mandatory to fix current kernels
and reverts an existing commit.

The second patch is to shield the DT better from future
changes and introduces something new.

So if ever something goes wrong with back/cross-porting
it is easier to bisect and analyse if they are kept
separate and are not squeezed.

Detailled reasoning of every change is in the commit
messages.
