[Letux-kernel] ***UNCHECKED*** LetuxOS: new kernel releases

Hi,
I have upgraded the Letux kernels to

v5.2-rc5
v5.1.11
v4.19.52
v4.14.127

v5.0 has been tagged as EOL and therefore, we have no new release here.

v5.2-rc5 fixes the issue of missing OMAP3 cpufreq-info and adds some activity indicator LEDs for the CI20 board.

The main fix I have seen for 5.1/4.19/4.14 is a solution for the recently found "TCP SACK PANIC" security issue. 

Just arrived has v5.1.12 but I'll wait for the next kernel build...
