With letux-4.19.0 it is also getting quite hot after 23 minutes running (at
19 it is still reasonable):

root at letux:~# ./temperatures
Sat Jan 1 00:19:44 UTC 2000 65° 42° 4134mV 800MHz
root at letux:~# cpufreq-info

Report errors and bugs to cpufreq at vger.kernel.org, please.
analyzing CPU 0:
  driver: cpufreq-dt
CPUs which run at the same hardware frequency: 0
CPUs which need to have their frequency coordinated by software: 0
  maximum transition latency: 300 us.
  hardware limits: 300 MHz - 800 MHz
available frequency steps: 300 MHz, 600 MHz, 800 MHz
available cpufreq governors: conservative, userspace, powersave, ondemand, performance
current policy: frequency should be within 300 MHz and 800 MHz.
The governor "ondemand" may decide which speed to use
                  within this range.
current CPU frequency is 800 MHz (asserted by call to hardware).
  cpufreq stats: 300 MHz:28.98%, 600 MHz:8.03%, 800 MHz:62.98% (6441)

This seems to indicate that the temperature goes up by 10°C after calling
cpufreq-info once?

And that with 4.19.0 as well?

I do not remember that I have seen GTA04 getting that warm while "idling".
