Is there a possibility to allow updating github pages/wiki only by PR
(after code review) ?
So we don't have situation where someone just puts there some
confidential info/documentation (like that mentioned by libv on his
blog).
That links should be checked by someone not creating any code here (so
we don't see it by "mistake").
