For me, that would definitely be X (which is likely also the most
involved of those - except for perhaps fbdev). Before this thread
started moving again my plan was to take the Pandaboard ES and/or N900
and try omapdrmfb, modesetting ddx and dri3wsegl with it, so we can stop
using fb and this ddx [1].
