Hi Andreas,
I gave your kernel a try on my gta04a4 with a wheezy qtmoko2 image.
With your dtb and kernel:
* No networks come up with "iwlist wlan0 scan" with on
* With auto the device disappears when trying to do a scan
With the Linux letux 4.19.0-rc7-letux+ scanning for networks and
connecting works fine.
