[Letux-kernel] kernel 4.16-rc1

Hi,

I just played a bit with 4.16-rc1 mainline.
I have again a working display, just an
uncalibrated touchscreen.
ehci-USB causes current consumption as usual.

My musb-resume fix is not in there yet, but still required.

musb seems to work basically.
