[Letux-kernel] New LetuxOS kernel builds

Hi,
we now have:

letux-4.20-rc7:
* rebased onto letux-base=v4.20-rc7
* fix left SD slot card detection polarity which did break letux-4.20-rc1++
  (up to 4.19 there was broken code in the kernel which effectively ignored
   the wrong gpio definition in DT so nobody could notice)

letux-4.19.10:
* merged v4.19.10 onto letux-4.19.8
* fix for /root/twl script
* input: misc: as5013: fix and cleanup locking
* fix merge conflict in twl6040-abe.c

letux-4.14.89:
* merged v4.14.89 onto letux-4.14.87

The only known really big issue is the DSI panel driver for Pyra on 4.20-rc7.
