[Letux-kernel] Power consumption can be better estimated now

Hi,
with the new fuel gauge driver which sets the
correct battery capacity we IMHO get more
reliable current measurements from

/sys/class/power_supply/bq27421-0

Here is the 2GB Pyra in idle with 250 MHz

current: -644000uA

And here after turning off display and keyboard
backlight:

current: -483000uA

And the measure-suspend script also works now.

average 124137 uA over 29 seconds
average 108361 uA over 299 seconds

Well, we know that we do not shut down everything
during suspend.
