Well, if highmem interleaving is disabled then the memory ranges are:
2G @ 0x80000000 (first GB of emif 0 and 1 interleaved)
1G @ 0x200000000 (second GB of emif 0)
1G @ 0x3c0000000 (second GB of emif 1)
