[Letux-kernel] missing regulators in 4.11rc

Hi,

I have also seen missing regulator messages in 4.11rc.

I think the logic to decide whether a dummy regulator is acceptable has
changed.
Suspcious is this patch:

What is now needed: a good reproducible way to show the regulator non
existent problem. And then revert that. Or a long bisect session again.
