As far as I can tell it's just an unusual method of connection, but if
you manage to patch up wires (or find an adapter) then any probe
should work. (Provided it works with CCS)

The config part is hopefully just muxing the normal JTAG pins to safe
mode and muxing the SD pins to their JTAG functions
