recently and haven't had time to focus on getting my GTA04
working - but I've now I've sat down and tried a few things. the
current situation:<br>
- I have made an SD card to install QtMoko (done this a few
times, on different SD cards - manually and also using makeSD)<br>
- ssh in to the GTA04, config touchscreen, upgrade. (this all
appears to work fine)<br>
<br>
it's just the booting that is the problem. <br>
<br>
booting from terminal or with just the power button/battery in gets
me the following behaviour on screen:<br>
yellow, tux, LXDE (touchscreen does not seem to have
configured properly)<br>
<br>
first hold AUX, then power/battery in, continue hold AUX:<br>
red, white, tux, LXDE<br>
<br>
first power/battery then hold AUX:<br>
yellow, green, white, tux, LXDE<br>
or, sometimes:<br>
yellow, <i>Very-Brief-Flash-Of-AUX-M</i><i>enu</i>,
green, white, tux, LXDE.<br>
<br>
The U-Boot menu has never appeared, so I have never had the
chance to select boot from SD.<br>
I haven't found any mention of this short flicker of the Aux
menu</font></big><big><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">
happening in the emails so far, is it a common occurrence?<br>

I thought perhaps it might help me - or is there a simpler
option? I can't find my spare µSD card so I'll get another
tomorrow and try it out.<br>
