yeahhh, that's it!        \o/   \o/   \o/   \o/   \o/

Whereat I cannot confirm that the ball is "fast like hell". In fact this 
electronic version of the game already has much reduced speed compared 
with the original mechanical game. Especially the ones which came from 
cheapest production had such a lightweight case and also lightweight ball 
inside, that they really reacted fast like hell.

But in any case you now managed to restore the original speed of QtMaze 
and the artistry recommended by you is to tilt the device very very slowly 
and carefully...
