[Gta04-owner] GPIO 10 and GTA04A5

Hi, 

I have not seen any activity on GPIO 10 on the gta04a5.
Neither wake-from-suspend nor /sys/class/gpio/gpio10/value
(the latter after unbinding the gpio-keys driver and exporting gpio10).

On a4 I have activity there even with a recent kernel.
Does the modem require some special at command to enable that output?

The pin is still the same as in A4?
