[Gta04-owner] New Replicant git repositories (git.replicant.us)

Hello,

Just a side not for those who want to build themselves the Golden
Delicious Replicant version: from the how-to [0], you should now change
the Replicant url from 
        ../tools/repo init -u git://gitorious.org/replicant/manifest.git -b replicant-4.2
to
        ../tools/repo init -u git://git.replicant.us/manifest.git -b replicant-4.2
(because of the Gitorious service interruption[1]).

And for the local manifest, projects have new names, so you should
update the gta04.xml file with:

        <!-- Remove unneeded samsung kernels, to save space and traffic -->
        <remove-project name="replicant/kernel/samsung/aries" />
        <remove-project name="replicant/kernel/samsung/crespo" />
        <remove-project name="replicant/kernel/samsung/smdk4412" />
        <remove-project name="replicant/kernel/samsung/tuna" />
        <remove-project name="replicant/kernel/samsung/espresso10" />

        <remove-project name="replicant/kernel/goldelico/gta04" />
        <remove-project name="replicant/device/goldelico/gta04" />
        <remove-project name="replicant/vendor/replicant" />

I'm downloading right now, it seems to work.
