[Gta04-owner] Issue 596: Decode GTA04A2/A3/A4/A5 and pass to Device Tree

Hi,
I have added code to U-Boot to detect the board ID resistors and choose different device tree files:

Linux 3.15 kernel is already prepared to have omap3-gta04a2.dts, omap3-gta04a3.dts, omap3-gta04.dts and omap3-gta04a5.dts

Differences between the device trees are very small (mainly in Modem control and some GPIO swapping), so that main work remains for omap3-gta04.dts
