[Gta04-owner] Linux 3.15-rc8 available

Hi,
we have upgraded our work-in-progress DT kernel to 3.15-rc8:

As you can see from the commit log (a little better visible at 3.15-rc7 branch),
we have made many tweaks to the GPS, WLAN/BT and Modem drivers to make
them more DT compatible.

Unfortunately, they are not working well yet. But they initialise from the device
tree. Now it is much easier to debug and fix since the kernel does no longer
oops and panic and Ethernet over USB works. So that it is possible to upgrade
the kernel without removing battery and uSD card which speeds up the
development cycles (e.g. adding a prinkt here or there).

Nevertheless, a feature complete 3.15/3.16 kernel isn't far away any more!
And we take care that our patches and modifications have a good chance to
go upstream soon.

So please stay tuned! 

Some more notes:
* I have added a preliminary rfkill driver to enable the modem and to hide the
   GPIO186 mechanism. Enabling the modem should become as simple as
   "rfkill unblock wwan".
* blocking the GPS LNA power through "rfkill block gps" works.
* HDQ is (again) unreliable
* WiFi is initialized and iwconfig lists the interface, but iwlist says that scanning
   is not possible.
* I have added an udev rule as suggested by Sebastian (dos1) to set the EHCI
  power control to "auto"
