Well, that issue doesn't point to a specific patch or commit, so I'm not 
sure.  But I'm using the Goldelico kernel source, so I presume I already 
have that fix.

Also, that issue appears to describe Xorg not working at all.  Whereas 
for me it starts up and works fine for 2-5 minutes; and then - even when 
there is no apparent interaction happening - it suddenly segfaults, and 
gets restarted by the "nodm" service.

I can explore if this is X client-specific, e.g. if I don't start up my 
UI (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-b8kAdtHko), does the segfault 
still occur?  What if I just start an xterm?  etc..
