[Gta04-owner] ANN: Kernel 3.13.0 for GTA04

Hi,
we now have 3.13.0 on our git repositories.

It is not much tested because we know about some problems that we hope we can easier fix during 3.14 development (which is planned to include a full device tree).

Therefore, the 'master' branch is still 3.12.7, which is feature complete, but still has some problems with power management.

BTW: we have developed a concept for upgrading everything to device tree, since that must be properly configured by U-Boot and the boot scripts and influences the way the NAND is flashed and Xorg is configured differently for the different GTA04 variants.
