Please, put attention to kernel messages when subj going in suspend and going out.
To get it:  adb shell   and  cat /proc/kmsg

To be clear - it is a result of 3.12 kernel.   Patches above are only to way to
run Android over 3.12 kernel. In whole we back to situation, which we had some months ago,
but at new level.
