Oh, and another issue I ran into twice already:

Replicant (but I guess it's not the actual cause) sucked my battery
empty over the day, and now the battery won't load again (or extremely
slowly) — neither with the loader nor with USB. The Goldelico penguin
flashes occasionally, after half a day or so of loading maybe the boot
menu comes up, but it's unable to boot any OS.

I managed to get certain minimum load by putting the battery back into
the old board for a minute or two, but that's rather inexpedient. :-(
The battery will load with the GTA04 normally then.

The battery is replacement bought from goldelico in 2010.
