[Gta04-owner] Kernel 3.15-rc3 is available

Hi all,
Kernel 3.15-rc3 for GTA04 is available [1].

And, we finally have fixed a very annoying bug which made the UART3 sluggish [2].

Still, quite some important parts are not working (or no longer), e.g. USB/OTG, HDQ
and other parts.

If you want to help, please pick one of the issues in the tracker [3] and let us all know.
