[Gta04-owner] Android for new kernel problem.

Hello

First, I would like to thank Nail for effort to support stability at 3.7

I get current Replicant 4.0 work on top of subj+touchscreen patch+adb patch.
However I meet next problem specific for 3.7, which not exist for 3.0, for which
could not find simple solution, at least for now - http://source.android.com/devices/tech/datausage/kernel-changes.html:
